Rosie is a great instructor that makes your diving a breeze. She takes away a lot of the nerves when doing depth diving and is able to provide a real personal touch to help you achieve your depth goals! Her courses are also super informative and she presents information in a way that’s so easy to retain and understand. Always have the best time diving with Rosie!

Rosie is an amazing instructor, very friendly and genuine. I really appreciated the small class size. It helped me feel safe and comfortable as this was my first free diving experience. She gave great instruction and feedback. So happy to have been submerged into the free diving world with such a good company! Can't wait to get out there again!

Would highly recommend Eunoia Freediving. Big thanks to Rosie for ensuring our free diving course went ahead. Our instructor Bryan was amazing! All four of us thoroughly enjoyed the 2 day course. As well as learning how to free dive we also felt that the techniques learnt have massively improved our snorkelling experiences too! We can’t thank Bryan enough for being patience, super supportive and an all round brilliant teacher. Bryan adapted some techniques to suit our capabilities. We look forward to line training with Eunoia Freediving when we are back in Sydney.

Completed my Level 1 Freediving course with Rosie. She was able walk us through all the theory and practical components with ease, guiding us every step of the way. She helped me beat my PB in breath holds, helping me excel in underwater photography. Would highly recommend!

Can’t recommend Eunoia enough! Done multiple line sessions with Rosie and been really impressed with her experience and ability to pick up on subtle areas and techniques that have made a huge difference in my diving ability and confidence. Super attentive and fun to dive with, always leave our sessions feeling amazing. Have also done two underwater photography sessions with her and have the best photos that look great on tinder hahaha

I loved the experience of freediving for the first time. Rosie is amazing and the technique she teaches really helps you to get more relaxed and hold the breath for longer periods of time. I thought it would be a tough and stressful experience but it was quite the opposite, it was a meditation. Rosie is also very kind, calm and patient and we could connect really well, which I think was fundamental to learn the lessons and for getting better every step of the way. Definitely would recommend for everyone who loves the sea, diving or just wants to get less anxious and relaxed. I’m 100% coming back for the line training sessions soon ✨

Rosie is an incredible freediving instructor! Rosie and her team took me from an absolute novice beginner, being afraid of putting on a snorkel to helping me learn how to breathe, slow down my heart rate and equalise underwater. I can now freedive with the invaluable skills she has taught me. She even offers to take underwater photos of you! I didn’t know I could do this nor that I could be the subject of such incredible pictures! I highly recommend Rosie and Eunoia Freediving for a safe, reliable and fun freediving experience!
