Rude staff.I asked if they stocked embossed rolling pins…they had no idea what I was talking about. The assistant replied Is that a brand?”…….Went in looking for a biscuit press

Completely disgusted by staff member Janine who was so rude to my parents not once but twice. I do not recommend anyone entering this store under any circumstance as her demeanor was absolutlydeplorable. I would give no stars if I could.

The most disgusting, foul mouthed and rude shop attendant I’ve ever witnessed. Went into the store to look something and forgot my mask, asked if they could provide one and was told “No, get out”. Then I asked if they could bring something to the front of the store so I could look from outside as I knew what I wanted and I was told “No, go and look on the website”. I have spent thousands in Robins Kitchen before and we have family that purchase it for business projects. I will make it my life goal to ensure that everyone knows never to attend the store again and I’ll certainly pass on my bad experience to other potential customers

Janine and Sheena are the best. Customer service was fantastic; experts and professionals in their trade. Went above NORMAL customer service standards to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Will shop here above all others. Well done ladies. 10/10.

I have been looking for a new dining set and have been in this store a few times over the last couple of weeks and each time I have not once been greeted or even acknowledged. Extremely disappointing and poor customer service.

Terrible business. I needed a new frypan husband got convinced to buy a oversized sauté pan instead. I went to exchange it but none in stock so they put the money onto a gift card so I could purchase online. Got the frypan sorted but the remainder of the funds went to an oven bake that broke on delivery, had to reorder another one which also arrived broken. I asked for a refund which was meant to be $49.99 and a couple weeks later I noticed only $9.99 was refunded. They said that’s because the remainder was put back onto my gift card so I wasn’t eligible for a full refund. I was given no receipt to show me of the two transactions. I ended up driving 30 mins back to the shop and the gift card didn’t even work. I emailed them that day and few days later have called to follow up as I’ve had no reply. I got put on hold for 30 mins to be told they will send me a copy of the transaction with no answer as to why it never worked and after all this I’m still not allowed a refund nor have I been offered free shipping to purchase online. Also the store is crammed with that much stock it’s a hassle to even look around. So frustrating make sure you check their terms and conditions or don’t even give them the time of day just spend your money on a different company.

If there was a zero star I would give it, the most rude staff member I have ever met. Went in to buy a knife set we had our eye on for a while and was told to leave as didn't have a mask. This is not the first time the lady has been rude but it will certainly be our last time shopping in store... reading the paper reviews it seems as though everyone is getting the same service. May want to rethink there staff members.

Went into the store today to purchase some knives, there were 3 staff behind the counter folding paper and no one else in the shop.In the 5-10 minutes I was there, no one greeted or asked to help.When I approached them, the manager was extremely condescending, rude and unhelpful. I won’t be shopping in Robins Kitchen anymore due to her attitude. Poor service, poor experience.

Walked in and asked for help which seemed like too much trouble for the young girl. WAS going to buy a cutlery set X2 , 2x insulated water bottles and a pizza cutter. Went to pay and you refused my cash. Won't ever be back EVER!!!!
