JG King Homes - Ballarat Office

I was extremely surprised when I saw JG King gotten so low reviews, as there are the pioneer and first using steel material for house structure in Victoria. After looking at the bad reviews, I suppose these are isolated cases which sometimes happen due to miss communication or a few staffs.JG King has built more than 20,000 good quality homes and a few unsatisfactory reviews may happen and problem is many good satisfied customers not submitting their good reviews.I have been wanting to use JG King in my first house building years ago, as being an engineer, steel definitely has more benefits than the conventional wood, unfortunately, JK King is not availability in Melbourne then.When I bought my lot (it is an irregular lot land) in Harpley, a development by Lendlease, I went straight to JG and signed the builder confirmation. The sales consultant, Mr Paul Scott is so friendly and professional. He did some customised design for us using the standard designsI also would like to thank Mr Marijan Boric , the sales consultant at Westbrook, Tarneit , who also provided so many good advises to us, specially the lot is an irregular lot.I am now waiting to finalise the building design , looking forward a good quality home and will provide reviews after the completion, possibility in 18 months time.

Could not do enough for me in all things to do with the home that we have chosen

Can't follow a contract and poor quality build. Only gave it a one star as you can't use zero.

Good range of houses, did not get all the information I needed when I bought a house so that caused a delay in the start of building. When building a few issues with the preparation of the site for the slab added to the costs.But so far they do keep me informed of the process.

if the build hadn't been stuffed up from the start there might have been a higher score. Kings need to come up with better designs so there's more cupboard space so there is no void with the upgrades. I would like to give a BIG shout out to Jim the supervisor pity we never had him from the start.It would have been nice to hear from Kings over a the stuff up which put us 3 months behind from moving in.
