Beds R Us - Hoppers Crossing

I needed a mattress same day for the right price and they had what I wanted. Gave me the best advice and gave me the courtesy to pick it up after hours! Absolute legends! You won't find service like this anywhere else! Thank you guys!

I purchased the mattress from them. After 2 3 days i got severe back pain with the mattress.I tried my best to get this mattress on new beds. But all in vain. Then I visited there store they said we will inform it to the company and you will get the solution for that. From that day till now i am laying on bed because i dont have any other option to get rid off from this pain. After 2 months no response from them i contacted them again and they said we cant do anything with that. You have to use to with that mattress. M socked by that solution. I have put my hard earned To purchase this for my best comfort. Useless store dont buy from them. Highly unlikely

An absolute pleasure to deal with!I wanted a specific bed that wasn’t made anymore - but she managed to find the specs and have it made anyway. Great advice and fair prices. Jenny spent time listening and chatting with me to understand my needs and provided much better than expected.No sales pressure at all, or the “salesmanship” you get with many bed companies - just a genuine business owner helping with what I needed.

We needed a new mattress as we blindly bought an Ecosa mattress online and were deeply unhappy with it. Jenny was so helpful, she provided us with useful information regarding different mattress types and did not try to upsell to us unlike other stores. She delivered the mattress to us herself (climbed two flights of stairs) and still left with a big smile on her face. Thank you Jenny!!

Had a FANTASTIC experience buying a mattress from this store! It's tucked away between some other shops, and isn't as flashy as the other mattress stores, but the woman who helped me here was a thousand times more knowledgeable and helpful about mattresses than ANY other store I went.The best value for money, fantastic customer service, amazingly helpful and prompt delivery done by the woman herself (I wish i got her name!), just an all-round fantastic experience that gave me one less thing to worry about while moving :)
