I made an appointment with this company after a rather awkward and lengthy phone call where I was asked numerous irrelevant questions about the property and it's use. They never called me to cancel the arranged appointment nor did they show up for the appointment. Cannot or will not give actual appointment time till the day before your appointment when they don't bother to call you and also do not answer their business number. So far I have had much better service from a much smaller company without the well known name. Do not waste your time with this business.
