SYC - Mount Gambier

I have nothing but positive things & praiseto say about Mount Gambier Job Prospects in particular Sarah but all the ladies there. I came from a job provider that never even met with me just had me come in and check my name off and when i tried to book appts with a person i got fobbed off. Sarah and other ladies there have blown me away by there genuine interest in encouraging and helping me get a job and i get regular calls that they have put my resume forward to employers. Although i dont have a job as yet i cant fault there dedication and help and cant believe the difference in this agency from my last. Well done and thank you for helping ease the dissapointment of jump hunting .

Absolutely unprofessional, disorganised and almost chaotic. I have been palmed off to different employees within the branch almost every appointment and have only had one substantial job opportunity come out of my time with them. I do not recommend using Job Prospects if you are actually seeking substantial employment, all they care about is numbers and how they look on paper, NOT actual employment success rate. Non compassionate or understanding of life situations, they really don't care about the people put in their care.

As usual, the bare-minimum box-checking, with literally no assistance rendered. Who would've thought that the privatisation of a social service would produce disinterested and ineffectual vultures? If I had skipped as many of my appointments as these people have, my payments would've been suspended.

Looking for a Job is what they do for me. I recommend S.Y.C.

iv been booked in and no one & Double booked & a last minute booking . & heeps of group meeting. I get a tiny bit of work in the morning's but only 2h or 3h each day. and there not willing to work around it with me. So i have to lose 2h work . For there service im trying to find more work for more cash. not lose possible work that will help one pay bills. I have a recording of them being nasty to might have to send to ?
