Can't recommend if you are looking for a freight forwarding partner that takes full ownership of their mistakes.Had 2 x crates being imported and delivered to 2 different address. Global Air & Ocean delivered the crates to the wrong addresses despite taking the time to confirm correct delivery addresses with actual photos of individual crates , took a month to get them to agree to fix the issue.Finally got 1 x crate delivered correctly but had to pay for storage of the other crate for 2 months as original delivery address became unavailable (property was sold) until new delivery address available. Global Air & Ocean then refused to rectify delivery on the last crate and so ended up paying for delivery myself with another company.Overall massive waste of time and money and disappointing given this was all the result of Global Air & Ocean's error.

If I was able to give a zero I wouldThis Company has put me under a lot of stress due to their dishonesty and lack of caring for their customers. I have had a great deal of unnecessary expenses because of them. I urge you to not use this Company
