Ross and the team at Calnan made the daunting task of selling our property a breeze. Their knowledge of the industry and contacts for renovations and staging ensured that the house reached a new level of presentation in a timely manner with minimal effort on our part. Within one week of being on the market, a number of offers were made. Throughout the settlement process all issues that arose with the buyer's finance and building inspection were quickly sorted and frequent updates were provided.
