1 star is generous. Near impossible to get a response to emails, unexplained fees, absolutely no accountability for where funds are being spent and no transparency of money held by owners corporation.

The reviews are true. They charge you unexplained fees and won't respond to calls or emails. Terrible to deal with! Looking to use someone else to manage the body corp.

He charged me late fee without sending the invoice to the correct email address. No response even I emailed or phoned call for many times. Then add another late fee to my invoice, so bad!

As every other review mentions ; they fail to read let alone return ANY correspondence, are impossible to get on the phone, will happily invoice you for items that simply don't exist. Unsure how such an organisation can operate legally given how corrupt they are.

They are a horrible company to deal with. They never return your calls and when you speak to someone they don't answer your questions. However they are very quick to hand out late fees. If only we could charge them for not providing us the service they are supposed to.

Horrible service, belittling and extremely rude. Do not return phone calls, do not return emails, barely even help you in person. I tried to apply for a shop for a new business and was given a generic house rental application. Was then told not to return to the office, to scan the document and email it, 6 months later I have secured my self 3 locations elsewhere but still no response from these people and the property is still available. I would never use these guys as agents for the properties I own. Clearly they just don’t want to be there.

Don't send you fees then charge you a late fee for something you didn't recieve. 2nd time this is happening. I think we are due for meeting and a change of owners Corp. What they forget is we pay their bill we are doing them the favour not the other way around.

What can I say that hasn’t been said already. Just unbelievably terrible. I’m actually pretty certain that Helen and her employees are actual psychopaths. No normal person could possibly sleep at night with the way they treat us. It is incredibly difficult to get rid of them as our BC. I would strongly recommend not purchasing any property managed by this organisation. I have been dealing with them for 4 years now and it has been one issue after another with them.Storm damage from October last year and they are basically refusing to organise the repairs to my roof. It is now May! I am on hold to VCAT (and in tears) while I’m writing this. Fingers crossed I can get some assistance via VCAT.

They are not deserving of even 1 star. They don't even return my calls when I leave messages on their answering machine. They are incredibly unresponsive to my emails. They added fees that weren't previously included in my invoices, and they subsequently added late fines for which I was completely unaware. Please avoid using Wal Estate & Owners - Management Corp. as they are a harsh, uncaring corporation. I always pay my bills in a timely manner, but this business is imposing interest on expenses that I was never previously charged for.

No response to emails or phone calls, garden out of control with no gardener attending, paid for a copy of the contract and never received the document after 8mths of chasing. Fallen fence, no return contact to my neighbour - appalling service, have never been so disgusted with a companies customer service. Will be taking further to VCAT.
