From my initial phone call to Shannon, I felt he put my mind at ease that he would turn up for the quote and made me confident that the team could solve the problems. Shannon arrived on time for the quote; which was given verbally and in writing. Crown Plumbing team were thorough, efficient, polite and cleaned up after they had finished the work across 4 days. I was very happy with the work which had several metres of storm water pipe replaced, sewage pipe joins resealed and camera/video confirmation that the blockages and leaks were all fixed. Shannon was very easy to communicate and negotiate with and had genuine empathy for what our issues were. Price was accurate to what we were quoted with no surprise add-ons with our final bill. I am a visitor from Indonesia, visiting my Nephews in Sydney, Glenwood.When I arrived, the shower in the house was not only leaking but flowing.I am frustrated since, I dont know any plumbers around in NSW.Finally, after I prayed, I got in touch with Sebastian - Crown Plumbing service.Their price is very amazingly economical compare to others.They came and replaced the washers.
