Great service by James & the team. Messaged late Friday and he took the time to respond quickly regarding my daughters car. Got us in first thing Monday, would definitely recommend using this business!

Rang James and described the problem I was having. Asked if he was available to sort it out soon. He said yeah, no worries bring it in….A month later after me trying to call him several times he finally gets back to me and says he can’t get parts, but he thinks he’s found the issue.I source parts for him and then he finds another problem…. (Clearly his initial diagnoses was rushed, wrong) and surprise surprise, he can’t get parts.I source more parts and he is able to get my car running again.Tells me to pick it up on Friday. I head down after work and the place is all locked up.We organise to collect the car Saturday….. he charges me just under $1200 which could be fair, however he says he hasn’t written up the bill yet….. he will email it to me. Which he still hasn’t done. He had my car for 3 months with no contact or updates unless I went in myself after I finished work.My partner went in to see how it was going after two months and he straight up lied to her and was demeaning and rude.There was one positive, he did lend me a loan car, that was frankly unroadworthy, but at least I was still able to get to and from work.I am still waiting for my invoice to be emailed to me.
