Delayed delivery ; grabbed money months ago . Delivered substandard workmanship and total lack of communication. The director is the only one you can contact and he only responds on text messages. Communication can make life lot easier and simplified ; but Justin simply chooses to go on texting ; does not want to answer phone calls. Dont know how these guys are still in business with such an attitude . We were unfortunately tied up with this terrible company as we built with Dixon homes who sub contract it out to Aussie Cabinets. Recommend people not to use this mob; there are many other deserving and better people to win your job .

Built with Dixon some time ago and wanted to keep the same colours for kitchen addition so went with Aussie to do the work. A little longer than quoted for time (three days late) but the install from John and the price were fantastic. Would have been 5 stars only for the delivery service is below par (couple of scratches)

after waiting over three months and having to repeatedly correct mistakes in design and three incorrect installations my worries only grew when confronted by the owner Justin who has absolutely no Idea of customer service abused my wife and myself over the phone thankfully Tim from Dixon homes intervened managing to get the job completed(still wrongly installed) but we will get another company to correct this as we want nothing more to do with aussie cabinets and anyone reading this would be wise to do the same absolute worst company I have ever dealt with you have to pay upfront before any work commences and after that it seems all care is gone ....steer clear very unsatisfactory

The worst experience of building we have had,got this incompetent company to make and install our overheads cupboards after giving them rangehood specs completely stuffed them up and refused to fix them.They make you pay upfront then wont answer the phone or emails,dont go anywhere near these people.

Worst customer service ever, waiting for replacement damaged door panels for 9 month's on a New build, still waiting.. Definitely would not recommend this business

If you want service and a nice job I recommend you (DO NOT CONTACT JUSTIN FROM AUSSI CABINETS) After waiting over SIX months and countless mistakes such as wrong cabinet design, wrong colours and no cabinets finished 100% (I could go on) I have decided to contact other cabinet makes to finish the job. JUSTIN promised over and over again that his men would be there but over and over again they didn't turn up. He just ignores you. Wont answer his phone or answer emails and when you finally get in contact he tell you another load of rubbish, lies through his teeth. No customer service. Once again, DO NOT CALL AUSSIE CABINETS if you would like a good job. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL

Excellent time taker. One could go to the moon and back already.
