Excellent customer clientele- very warm and welcoming staff and lovely new interior. The room smelt amazing with lemongrass/lavender aromas and they also remembered my name.Massage itself was very thorough and she listened to what I wanted. Room was extremely clean and had luxurious finishings. Highly recommend

What a fantastic place! Had my first massage as it was a gift from work and it was such a positive experience.My gift certificate was 2 days past expiry and they gladly accepted it. The lady at the front desk and the masseuse that I had were both really kind and polite, and my Aroma Therapy Oil Massage was brilliant! Definitely going back! Absolutely recommend!!

Amy is an excellent massage therapist and always ensures I am comfortable, all staff provide very professional service. The extended opening hours are very convenient. I highly recommend Crown Thai to anyone looking for a quiet, professional, reasonably-priced and super firm massage.The receptionist is very polite and well-spoken, and the masseuse was worked very accurately to ease out taut muscles. Having tried many other Canberra and Queanbeyan massage spas for a firm deep tissue massage I can say that Crown Thai offers by far the best firm massage for people who have the aches and strains common in those who work in the service industry or physical trades.The massage tables are wide and plush with clean, soft towels and cozy electric blankets. The lighting and music is perfectly relaxing and the scent of lemongrass is both invigorating and sinus-clearing.I highly recommend the Thai ginger tea post-massage.

I cancelled my appointment today. Reason - they make their own laws. When I parked my car, they first said can you please move it....someone is coming....when I started going, she got really rude (never saw anyone getting that rude with their paying customers)....she said she gets customers....why did you park there....I dont understand....there was no need to get that rude when I was going to move it. Not to mention there is no government sign there about parking.I would caution people going there it appears that they have discriminating practices.

I made an online appointment and showed up a few minutes before the allotted time. When I arrived I waited for 10 minutes outside. When someone finally came to the door, I was advised that they wouldn’t see me as they were “too tired”. I am in terrible pain and would have booked a massage somewhere else if I had known I would be turned away like this. There’s no way I would recommend this place to anyone.

Booked a lunch time massage, deep tissue. The pressure was on the whole time ! They did a great job. My back and legs has significant release after the massage. Miricale workers.Also when you pay for 90 mins you get 90 mins of massage time. There is no 5 mins here or there for getting dressed and undressed. They provide a quality service that is far beyond expectation.

Booked an evening massage after work with Marc, deep tissue for one hour. It was amazing, good technique and pressure for the whole massage. The shop has comfortable tables, is warm and has a relaxing water feature that can be heard from the rooms. Well priced, staff are friendly and work to your needs. A+
