A really good experience from the walk in to pickup,Hannah and the front counter staff member was smiling making it a great experience the cake discs were done exactly how I wanted them. Great job girls I will definitely be back

Chocolate mousse torte was simply divine. Just buy in advance as they are usually frozen from inside.

My husband buy a 2 different cheesecake during my birthday. which is cheesecake strawberry and blueberry the taste is very delicious highly recommended pastry.

I got my Son’s 2nd birthday cake made here with baby shark theme and I swear to god that not only they made it look way better than what I expected but also the taste was awesome.I had people from Melbourne, Ballarat, Horsham and Sydney, every single person who tasted it loved it like anything..I like to thank you Rhonda and your team for this amazing experience. 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Had to come up with a delicious carrot cake for morning tea. Short notice meant no time to bake my own!!! Rang Cheescake Shop where I purchase delicious continental cheesecakes aďnd pavlovas. Carrot cake looked impressive, was lovely and moist, does contain Walnuts which is a bumper for people with nut allergies, but the rest of us thoroughly enjoyed the cake. Thanks Cheesecake Shop for baking products for home cooks and others short on time. :)

Customer service is terrible, workers do not know what they are doing. I got charged for the wrong cake and couldn’t get a refund. I had to come the next day to get my refund and that worker didn’t know what she was doing too.

We had our wedding cake made here and it was gorgeous and delicious, what more could you ask for.

Truly a sad experience for a special occasion.I ordered a fruit flan and what we did get looked very similar until we cut into it.The sponge base tasted dried out and old as if it had sat in the freezer for too long and then to chew our way through the unpeeled kiwi fruit was the end of it for us.When we contacted the shop we were told they never peeled their kiwi fruit. Really? I wonder if they have ever tasted an unpeeled kiwi fruit in a fruit flan before, it is a quite bitter and chewy experience and never in all our years of eating fruit flans have we ever had an unpeeled kiwi fruit. Possibly/dubiously it could be done in a fruit salad but not in a fruit flan.All in all a very disappointing experience even though the staff were very pleasant it had to be judged on the taste at the end of the day and for the prices they ask it fell very short of expectations and sadly we don’t feel inclined to ever experience that again.

Ordered the fancy cupcakes for my sister birthday as she didn’t want a cake. They were delivered on time by menulog. Taste sweet but amazing. She was happy with the personal note written on the bag. Definitely recommend them 10/10

When you enter the shop, it genuinely feels like stepping into cheesecake heaven. As an indecisive person, it doesn't help when each of the products keeps looking better than the other ones. Even though the cheesecake itself does the talking, the staff members are the cherry on top of the whole experience.If you are looking for a birthday cake, festive special occasion cake or just being self-indulgent *you don't have to look any further as this will delight you and your company - if you actually end up sharing ;)
