Madison Spa Motel Resort

The room was better and surprisingly way bigger than expected very roomy & comfortable. I walked in and thought Wow..this is great! The bed was very comfy. Close to great places to have dinner..the Moama Bowling club. Great well priced meals. The River rich Golf club was also not too far away . Both these clubs have great meals at reasonable prices. Very central place to stay for this area.The room had a Firm mattress but also comfy and soft. The split system was a little noisy but I didn't report it. I should've since I'm making a review now. Don't hold it against them it was a little noisy but I'm used to a very quiet atmosphere. So it probably wouldn't bother most people.it was a very minor complaint compared to the overall experience at this motel. Spa bath was amazing and big enough to easily accommodate 2 adults. Room service was great, stayed 3 nights and have no complaints.room was lovely and clean at the end of each day.Over all a great place to stay and I'm happy to recommend Madison spa. Great place to stay. Will definitely stay again.Ive alert recommended it to family and friends

From the moment we arrived we were impressed with the place, amazing service for check in.Pool is super clean and bath house is small but suitable with warm water and jets.The spa bath in our room was awesome, and the room also had a shower. It's a large room with a lot of space.The room included complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee - so the usual. They service the rooms every day (unless you don't want them to) - I think this is great because a lot of places have stopped doing this and blamed covid.Only thing missing is a restaurant but they are in the works of hopefully opening one next month acc to the front desk.The room is clean and we loved that the hotel was close to many restaurants and the bakery across the road has great ice cream.

Had a really bad experience with the day spa here on the weekend. We had made a group booking back in April that wasn’t made correctly so when arrived for our massage and facials there was no staff to complete them even though we had confirmed the day before. The best they could offer was half an hour each instead of the 90 mins booked. The massage was mediocre and the therapist couldn’t apply more pressure when asked because she wasn’t feeling well. The bathhouse was really lovely and relaxing though. Not entirely the spas fault and everyone was very apologetic but still disappointing.

Best place to stay in Moama. Pool and spa area is great and spa in the room was nice too. Nice view of the bush from the room.

Over rated and over priced Motel. Room was substandard. No microwave oven in room, was told we had to use the one in reception before it closes at 7.00pm. The good thing was comfortable beds. Motel needs updating.

We absolutely loved the room with the amazing spa overlooking the bushland. The bed was comfy and the fireplace was great. Also loved the bath house with the hot pools. However, I wouldn't go as far as to call it a 'day spa'. A bit unorganised getting us in for our massages. I also made the mistake of booking myself a relaxation massage alongside my husband's remedial massage. Resulted in the two therapists talking loudly to each other the whole time, making it not relaxing and a very mediocre massage. Also very unprofessional to badmouth another female coworker on more than one occasion, just saying!!

This is the best place to stay in Moama! The beds are comfy, the spa in room is the best I’ve had in places I’ve stayed, and last time we stayed, we were arriving late, and when we arrived the heater was on and the room was nice and warm. Absolute top notch!

We stayed in presidential suite, room was dirty and not cleaned properly, used cotton buds on spa and pizza bits on chairs. If this is Madison Spa best room I wouldn’t like to see the state of other rooms. Room and decor extremely outdated, it doesn’t look like it has had a refresh since it was built. Restaurant closed indefinitely and the breakfast service offered was motel down the road. This is definitely not a luxury resort, we won’t be back!
