Time wasters and terrible customer service! Booked a view and test drive. On arrival, took ages for them to get the keys and to understand what car we were after. Then tried to start the car, nothing! Battery flat. Sure that can happen. But the guy from the shop mumbled something, went away to serve other customers. Waited a while at the car, but it didn't seem he would be coming back to organise a starter. Left because of the not existing service.
