Met Stephan about 3 years ago for town planning services in our block of land. Initial designs were great, but council's rules made it stringent and Stephan couldn't get the design that I want. Went to another architect, who managed to get the design that I was interested and the project is midway now. This costed me another $10-15,000 due to the rework. Wouldn't have costed me this additional cost had we got the right designs in.
