Don’t go here!! Worst nail experience ever cost $55 for a refill and I was cut, burnt and looks like a two year old did my nails. At the end there was a giant black hair in on of my nails, I wanted it fixed as I would have to look at it for 3 weeks and the man was not happy to fix it.

The pedi was so fast and the lady didn’t do a good job at all. Last time I did sns with them and one nail came off on the 6th day. They charged me $5 for fixing a nail. Even though I was happy to pay for fixing they were very rude to me and said sns last only 2 weeks which wasn’t true.

Honestly, I don't know where to start. This place is so below average and the fact they have men who are most definitely not qualified (When Iasked, I was ignored and the man quickly left the shop), starting the procedure on nails, is very concerning! I've been twice, hoping the first time was just tech error, but the man who started my nails completely botched the shape and had to redo it twice. After several mistakes with the application of sns, I left after 1.5 hrs, with horrible, thick, lumpy nails, that are shorter than I wanted, as every mistake lead to loss of length. There is absolutely no care for detail and the skills are lacking greatly. I now have different lengths, different shapes and very very lumpy surfaced nails. Prices vary from each visit and cash is preferred, with discounts applied if you do. I respect all ethnicities and their right to speak their preferred language, but when the barrier is so strong, that you simply cannot communicate what it is you want, then it creates a problem. I also find it quite rude to sit there for longer than a service should take, and have all staff ONLY speak their language, across the shop. Overall, very disappointing.

This place used to be good but not anymore. I went back today to get a pedicure, they cut the nails nearly to the quick, the cuticles were getting cut too deep and I had to mention it straight away, the polish was put on too quickly and thickly so that over an hour later it was still not dry and smudged. When I called to speak directly to the owner (I saw them in the shop just earlier) the staff member wouldn’t put me on to speak with her.

Just don't get the nail service by Wendy. She drilled my nail too much when removing my gel nails so 3 nails has a line on them (a deep line along the cuticle line). When I told her about that, she blamed that my nails are too thin so I have to have a break in between. HOWEVER, My nails are pretty thick and I've been having gel nails for YEARS and it happened only once when it's done by newbie. Also, she asked where I had the nails done before (sounds like she tried to blame the previous person who did) but it was HER who did it last time too (luckily or unluckily I didn't notice any damage last time).Wanted to talk with the owner but apparently she left already.I'm not going back there anymore.

It was my second time have been there. I was surprise they actually very good ( last time was hurry, didn't take any noticed sorry girls ) excellent professional service

First time customer. Just got home and what was pink is not streaked with black. Terrible application. Will be giving them the opportunity to fix but definitely won't be back.

Have had 2 pedicures here, the first one wasn't terrible but the second one they put 4 layers of shellac on and the colour was not even. For a $50 service I'd expect a better job. Probably won't go back.

I came for pedicure second time to this place. First time they didn’t give me time to dry my nails and forced to leave and the nail polishe was scrached. The second time i was cut really bad, it had been a week since I visited it and the bleeding didn’t stop! I had to book a doctor’s appointment and hope it can heal soon. It’s appalling service, I will never go back there.

i came here and asked to remove my acrylic nails, and they did this by prying them off with a nail tip. meanwhile i had previously asked to keep my long natural nails, he broke them all off and the shape is not what i asked for and he didn’t even get the old glue off. just horrible never go here.
