We tried this place twice. First cut was okay, second was messing. We were charged $260 for first and $270 for second groom. We have a standard Labradoodle. Our dog was in decent condition, only slight matting around ears due to scratch, but no reason to charge these exorbitant fees for a dog groom.

Great place to get your dog looked after and groomed. The girls and guys here give you a first rate customer service experience. My dog Albert always comes home super happy and a better dog overall with time spent at Mr Teddy. They and his fellow furry friends knocked the puppy out of him and turned him into a little man. Also the toys and accessories and products up the front are more than reasonably priced and even better priced than what you find at the big pet chain stores. So if you want your furry friend to be looked after with that special Japanese touch come to Mr. Teddy.

I have used Mr Teddy Bear for daycare, grooming, and boarding. All amazing! My puppy is so excited to see the staff when we arrive, smells lovely when he leaves, and sleeps very well that night. Keeping up to date with his antics via instagram keeps my mind at ease, and he is exceptionally well cared for when boarding, like one of their own.

We bring our pup to day care at Mr Teddybear 1-2 days a week and he absolutely loves it! He gets so excited when we pull up and he realises it's daycare day! It's great to be able to keep up with their activities on Instagram stories and get a little report card so we can hear how he did each day. Staff are always really nice, and it's great to know he is in good hands, socialising lots and having heaps of fun.

Mr Teddy Bear are AMAZING! Super friendly staff and the grooming is consistently perfect. Sisi is so great - she has remembered my dogs name and his grooming style since his very first visit as a puppy 3 years ago. You can tell they treat your puppies well when the dogs are so excited to see them :-)

Just picked up my beautifully groomed and gorgeous smelling puppy. We put him into the day care after his groom and he absolutely loved it. Came home exhausted from all the attention and play. He slept the entire car journey.*He’s strapped into the seatbelt

Thank you for looking after Evie so well. It is really great to know she is in loving hands when we drop her off in the morning and we love watching her on the Instagram feed! Plus, even if we haven't seen you for months, you still manage to remember her name. She always sleeps very well when she comes home from daycare.
