Real Nutrition by John

Before I met John, I was bloated, overweight and felt miserable. I was doing almost no exercise and was told by a medical professional that my hormones were out of sync I would struggle to lose weight.I started working with John in early April 2022 and so happy that I did! He has given me a wealth of nutrition information and the guidelines are so easy to follow. I have joined a walking group and do weight training twice a week. With regular exercise and great nutrition advice he has helped me to lose unwanted kilos. I now look forward to long walks and training. No need for HRT and I'm feeling great! Thank you John!

Im pretty skeptic all about how much useful information a nutritionist can provided me in a consultation when my PT and I discuss diet and eating habits almost weekly but I was really impressed by John. He took a lot of time to understand my circumstances, what I was trying to change, and for what reasons before giving me a really well-informed pack of personally-tailored advice for me to work with. I've already started recommending him to anyone that is thinking of engaging a nutritionist.

I have been seeing John for nutrition consulting for 6 months now. I started off by wanting to eat healthier and loose a bit of weight. He guided me through the whole process regarding the food I was eating and helped me swap out certain foods to reach my goal. The weekly check ins and face to face meetings held me accountable and made me gain confidence in my progress. I have now reached my goal and have a deeper understanding of nutrition overall. I couldn’t recommend John any more!!

I attended a Workshop run but John called “Be the Boss of your Weight Loss” which was focused on loosing weight. It was John’s first workshop however it was run like a pro. The whole set up of the workshop was extremely well done.John’s delivery was very natural and extremely informative. It was very relaxed and he was very open to questions being asked throughout the workshop. Lots of laughter was had too.The venue and morning tea was amazing and the goodie bag we all received was a lovely touch.I left the workshop feeling extremely positive and with a spring in my step, feeling armed with solid knowledge that was honest and truthful.
