Pure Plumbing came out to my unit in Parramatta this morning and did a simple install of some basin sets in my two bathrooms. He was on time and friendly, very efficient and professional with his work. Their prices are very reasonable, and they were also happy to give me some advice over email and also in-person about a potential dishwasher installation. Definitely recommend contacting these guys about your plumbing needs - if I do go ahead with a dishwasher install, I will definitely talk to them again!

Pure Plumbing gave me excellent service, much of their time and at no cost. James explained everything in detail even when it became obvious that a repair was not possible and a replacement was going to be necessary. I am a very satisfied customer.

The guys did a residential project for my family. I was very impressed. It wasn't an easy job. We waterproofed around our house and footings and incorporated a linked drainage solution. Brett, Jamie, James and Travis were all so very professional and approachable. They were happy to involve me in the process and to answer all of my questions. They were always on time and let me know if they were going to come at a different time. They had a demonstrable pride in their work also a clear pride in themselves.

I had a leaking faucet in the laundry which I couldn't seem to close. Tried many times myself to change the washers but none of my solutions seemed to work. Josh came over from Pure Plumbing Professionals and was very professional in recommending what to do and diligent in replacing the taps. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again.
