Hands down best sausages and widest selection I’ve seen... the pork, jalapeño and cheese are out of this world!! I only wish I could sample more!! Also the t bone steaks were amazing.. a bit of s&p then on the BBQ.... never had one this good for the price!

We came in yesterday, and I was really impressed with everything they had in store.However that turned pretty sour quite quickly after the rude young staff member made snide comments, and my husband overheard him doing this twice whilst we were in there.I'm so mad at myself for buying anything from this butcher, I was left really offended and upset after that happened.

I just walked in and orderd two steaks. The guy behind the counter suggests I get a cheaper cut or some chicken????. I walked out convinced I couldn't afford them. Why would he do that?.. I could see the price tag when I ordered them but good customer service should not judge customers based on walking in after a surf. Decided to give the local IGA my $50 instead.

I was charged $10 for 200g of ham which makes it $50kg.Not sure if it was a mistake or they have a different price for tourists and locals.The sign above the door says award winning ham .The ham I was sold was tasteless and watery.It was in a hurry so I didn't question the price but wished I had in hindsight.

On a day trip from Sydney I walked past the store with my wife, and took a look in the window, and was amazed with the quality of the meat, I could tell it was grass fed straight away.We said to ourselves we would pop in on the way out of town. So glad we did, the Butcher was a pleasure to talk to, we purchased 2 Rib Eye steaks weighing just iver 600 grams each, got home and threw them on the weber kettle the next day, Amazing.We will be back this time prepared to buy some mpre cuts, and maybe some sausages

Always get great service here for years. I appreciate the good advice on cuts as the butcher is of great experience. One of many quality butcher shops i trust. Ive come to understand if I want good meat its worth paying for it, if I'm feeding my family.
