Sam was great during the whole process from offering options to the installation. He took time to walk through each step. Just one word of caution, make sure you have spare roof tiles, or include it in your cost process as some of the installers broke some. Sam has offered to reinstall the roof tiles, but the cost of tiles would come out of your pocket.

Sam and his team at Too Hot Climate Systems have only been our go to place for air-con units. Our first 10KW ducted linear vent units changed the look and feel of our whole house and at our next house 2 split units were installed. I've done my homework and they have been best on price, extremely professional and very helpful. Our last Daiken unit had been damaged within the manufacturers box, I wouldn't have noticed; but they brought it to my attention and replaced it the very next day. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend for any size job.

We installed our HVAC system with Too Hot Climate after a neighbour used them. After 3 Quotes as you would with any other quotation process, Sam was the most competitive with the system we were after.He came in and was able to immediately advise us where the condenser unit would go And where outlets would be in each room, He was happy to revisit the quotes a couple of times over a week or so whilst we decide. He was patient with my queries.I wanted specific duct outlets and wanted it coming off the bulkheads instead of install on ceiling and messing up with the lighting layouts etc. He was happy to source and install them. His crew were immaculate with the install. Fast and efficient and clean up after themselves.Really professional team.I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would use them again. It’s been a year of use and I am happy so far with it.

Great Value and great service. Sam and his team installed a ducted missive system in our house. It was 4k cheaper than his competitors for the exact same products. Works a treat!!

Amazing service which started off with the professional quote. These guys were so professional and caring with fantastic prices. Got a ducted split installed at my house and the guys were amazing and clean. Would highly recommend them to everyone I know. Can't wait for summer to test the unit out.

Not recommend at all. I found on Facebook add. Sam send me the quote. To get the job he was too sweet & telling me , I will look after you. Send the young boys, they install the vents. Sam rang me that give the 60% money to them , I need money to buy the unit.I will send the boys back to install your breezier unit. But I gave 50%. Took the money & walk away never come back,Then weeks & weeks gone , I started calling Sam, he started trying to be bossy. We will install your unit next Friday, not show up , again next Friday. Never show up , keep going on this nearly 5 times.At last show up on Sunday again young boys not much experienced , installed the unit but not working. At last another day another plumber came & turn on the unit. Learnt a big lesson of life never buy online specially Electrical products. Better to go your local store or warehouse & get the job done from them.
