Amazing after sales service that went well above expectations and determined a root cause for the replacement part i thought I needed. Offered me a full refund but I chose not to accept because of the length of time that was taken to ensure i was satisfied and fixed the true problem. Couldn’t recommend any high enough.

Very helpful with the purchase of a valve to fix my Evap Cooper. I got great help from the online assistant chat with the purchase of the correct valve. Cost me $32 to fix my cooler, probably saved myself easily $170 if I got someone out. By far the cheapest supplier online for my part. Quality Australian Made valve. Quick delivery even with the free postage option.

Great prices and amazing service.Purchased a Yardian Pro irrigation controller, flow meter and irrigation cable. Got a call from Valves Direct to let me know that the flow meter wasn’t compatible with the irrigation controller and recommended a different one.They even gave me some advice on wiring it all correctly. If that isn’t amazing service from an online shop I don’t know what is. On top of all of that I even got my items delivered in 3 days.Would highly recommend purchasing from Valves Direct!

Product is identical to the ones used in evaporative coolers and at a more cost effective price point than sourcing through an evaporative cooler spare parts supplier. The communication was very prompt and to the point and the item was shipped out very promptly.

I was looking for a remote access watering unit to replace an existing system. When I came across the Yardian system it appeared to be to good to be true. Still I ordered one and I am not disappointed. Physically it was an easy swap of units and I expected a complicated procedure to get it going. No such problem, connection was a s smooth as the proverbial baby's b..! It does all it promises and it also looks great.Very happy customer.

My experience with Valves Direct was great . From good advice and very competitive price to prompt free next day delivery. Highly recommended and will certainly deal with them in the future . I saved $50 by purchasing the valve for my Evap cooler from Valves Direct and then saved $400 by installing it myself . A simple 15 min job .
