Pretty alright place for school events, lovely area overall- food could do better though!

Very disappointed.. We had a Deb ball there on Friday night and would have to say one of the worst I have been to. Reception centre is a run down factory warehouse with mud for gardens and absoulty no parking at all to suit the amount of patrons. Decor is worn and dated service was awful staff were extremely rude kept knocking me in the back every time they walked passed and was refused a new glass when requested by a female staff and male staff could not take there eyes of girls when leaning over to serve meals, cuttlery and glasses were dirty. Meals looked like they had been thrown on the plates and not what you would expect from a reception centre, who of which through the whole night constantly over promoted themselves every chance they got through every speech at the start, middle and end of the night we went to for our children not a sales pitch.. All the parents I have spoken with feel the same way about the night. Disappointing as we had been told only good things about Capri..

Our February After 5 at Capri was a fantastic event. 300 of our members fitted comfortably in the venue and wowed at the stunning refurbishment. Capri is a beautiful setting for a special occasion and the food is magnificent. Thank you Massimo, Roy and team!

The food were delicious. The slow cooked beef was to die for.

We recently had our wedding at Capri. Not only were they extremely flexible and helpful but when it came to the day they absolutely outdid themselves. The food was excellent and the table service was outstanding! We were running slightly behind schedule and they were so accommodating and took every change in their stride. We had so many happy guests. I would 100% recommend and would use them a million times over.

**UPDATED REVIEW**Received a personal telephone call from owner, sincerely apologising for the missed catering order. Thank you for the acknowledgement by management. I wish the team & business well for the future.I ordered catering through their online ordering system, almost 2 weeks prior to my event (my 50th). My order was actually acknowledged by the owner, on the phone, confirming my order was received, and would be fine, if l could pick it up, as the company had another large event scheduled for the same night. I agreed l would be happy to pick up the food, however, when l arrived, l was told they do not have my order, and as such, l was left without any food. So, less than an hour before my guests were due to arrive, l had no food or dessert to serve at my own birthday celebration. Not only was l in absolute disbelief, but l was left totally embarrassed, and absolutely dissappointed with this company, and will not be ordering with them again. It certainly made my 50th a birthday to remember... and not for the right reason's!

We attended our daughters debutante ball here last week, the function centre looks great and will be a great venue for Geelong. The meals however were bland and not worth the amount of money we paid, not sure who set the price but 85 per head with no drinks included (if I paid $170 at a restaurant with no drinks I'd want Rockpool standard).

Exceptional communication, service, and quality. We had our grandfather’s memorial service at Capri, and the team there made it so easy and seamless. 100% recommended.
