PTC Phone Repairs Chermside (Near Boost Juice)

Can't fault. Mitchell and Anna 5 star customer service. I did arrive close to closing time, they were more than happy to help. My phone is like new, very reasonably priced also. Will definately recommend.

I paid $270 to get my chipped screen fixed. I didn't have time to shop around for a better price, I wish I did. I picked it up and it looked good but the screen would then completely black out randomly. When I took it back they said they couldn't fix it under warranty as they believed I had damaged the monitor since just having it repaired! They suggested I could have bumped it in my handbag, even though it was spotless from its new screen. They said they could fix it for another $300. I don't have $570 for a chipped screen repair. I couldn't help but leave in tears, I'm absolutely appalled I've been ripped off by a company I thought would be reliable and at the very least helpful.

My son shattered his iPad screen. The PTC team made the repair seem effortless. They were attentive to notice that my own phone had a cracked screen too. Very successful outcome and no new iPad required.

Back of my phone was shattered and I took it in for a repair. All was good and well until I came back to pick my phone up and they had completely wrecked the front of my brand new gel screen protector which I had bought only 2 weeks ago. They refused to replace it for their gel protector even though they had taken a photo of my phone before and saw that they had ruined it. Who ever would’ve thought that a phone repair shop couldn’t repair a phone THEY broke. Do not come here.

I bought a phone case today from here. I was served by Zue , she was absolutely fantastic! It was a quick and easy purchase, she helped me out a lot. I told her I was on a budget and she told me the cheapest case to buy and I loved the case!
