What a beautiful store - so many gorgeous pieces perfect for black-tie/cocktail/special occasions/events AND fun casual pieces as well - I didn't purchase today but was still given A+ customer service and will definitely be coming back - thankyou to a kindred fashionista :)

Bought another gorgeous piece of clothing for my wardrobe this afternoon from Eva & Paige Emporium at Brighton. I have always experienced helpful, kind and courteous service when choosing the right blouse, jacket, hat or piece of jewellery to add to my collection. Thank you for making my shopping experience always pleasure.

Instead of replying to my 1 star review from over a year ago, calling me a “troll”, you could have asked for some constructive criticism as to why the review was so low. Just shows how this Company and staff operate.The reason for my original rating was because your staff member (if not possible owner) slammed her sign into my pregnant wife’s chair while we were dining at the restaurant next door because her chair was to close to the store sign. The waitress apologised to us after viewing the incident and said things like this occur often! The situation could have been handled more professionally and it has deterred not just us but now friends and family from ever shopping at your store.

I, along with hundreds of other people have read on Facebook how a customer was told after she purchased some shoes that they might come apart at the soles and that some shoe glue may be needed to repair the shoes. Customer wore the shoes for 1 hour and both soles came completely off. Her complaints to the shop bought her no satisfaction only to have Deeana(shop owner) hang up on her. She is supposed to by law, repair or refund the cost of the shoes. This is an example of how not to run a business, do not go to this store, read all the reviews, majority are very negative. Update: I have just been notified by Google that 160 people have read this review in just under 1week, I hope that is 160 people that have potentially not been ripped off. I’m assuming that many of the 160 people have passed on this information to many of their friends and family and saved them some money and disappointment. Thankyou to all.

Deanna is highly professional, polite and has the highest quality clothes, shoes and accessories. I have been buying all my clothes and shoes there for 4 years. I highly recommend her.

I visited this store well over a year ago now, to be promptly ignored by sales assistants and thrown distasteful, judgemental looks. I merely stepped in to browse but found it to be a very unfriendly place, I initially thought nothing of it but since seeing it popping up by word of mouth AND online for mistreatment of customers and rude remarks, I have decided to leave a review as clearly nothing is going to be done about this persistent behaviour until it actually affects sales and the number of customers coming in.This is seriously poor form, perhaps both the owner and staff need a lesson in not judging a book by its cover, nor making brash and harmful comments that can easily be kept to oneself. Basic respect and kindness, they're FREE.

I have always been happy with Deanna's wonderful service. And I have bought some beautiful garments from her.I thoroughly recommend the store and I have bought some lovely shoes and jewellery in her store as well, a very welcoming lady !!
