Phuket Thai Restaurant
I have to say we felt a little unwelcome when we arrived for dinner service as we came in as a family of three and a stroller at 5:30pm. I was asked if we made any bookings and responded no. The lady looked somewhat annoyed and said she can offer us a table but have to leave by 7:30pm.All of that aside, food was good. I have to say they serve the best asian food in Jetty Road. I recommend the Pork Larp. The plain rice I got was hard and dry, which they must have left under the heat lamp for quite sometime before serving. Other than the not so good hospitality that we got, I have no complaints.

Squid salad well executed with delicious sharp sauce. Had very generous whole barramundi crisp deep fried with customised spicy sauce and lashings of lemon followed by garlic lightly steamed greens. All cooked right.

Horrible customer service. Made a booking for 2 plus a pram for a Friday night and when we arrived we were rejected service because we had a pram and they apparently had no room. All tables were empty but 1 table. They were not accomodating and denied we booked with a pram, although we specifically mentioned pram as we have a newborn. They did not try to help and made us feel very unwanted. Extremely disappointing and very disgusting service. Won’t be returning and will not recommend.

Legendary restaurant, I think it’s 30 years. The food and service is great. The flavors are authentic and the servings are perfect. I like to go here once a year for a special occasion or everyone and then for a take away.The best thing however are the home made desserts.

First time at this restaurant. Ordered, fresh chilli, prawn and vegetable stir fry with rice and a curry with rice. The meals were beautifully presented, great serves, tasty, and very fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and the waitress helpful and friendly. Enjoyed everything. They do takeaways which is convenient. The restaurant is not too big but comfortable with simple decor. This restaurant is worth visiting.Have now been to this restaurant several times. Has not disappointed. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and genuinely interested in your dining experience.

I love this place. I've just finished a green chicken curry which was 100% authentic and delicious.Looking around me on a Friday lunchtime, everyone is happily eating a range of dishes - there's always something new to try.Phuket Thai is a terrific place. We are lucky to have it so close in Glenelg.

Good service and atmosphere☺️The mix share platter is really nice. Especially, the flavour of the squid salad and Pandon chicken was great and which was the best of the platter.The taste of the satay beef was also nice but the texture was a little bit hard.
