excellent service - while the rest of the town has a 4 week lead time for mechanical repairs the guys here had my Prado 120 series rear shocks in stock and fitted them the same afternoon. Fantastic!

Had a damaged tyre replaced here in August. They rotated the new spare to pair up with the new replacement tyre, all good. Then 4 weeks later I had another puncture and went for the spare only to find the lock nut totally screwed, clearly the guy at Bridgestone had used way too much force. Would have been nice for them to have told me. Suggest you go to Tyres Plus in Kununurra.

During a recent trip to Kununurra our Landcruiser required some repairs and a wheel alignment. The guys fitted us in and work was completed in an hour. The best customer service I’ve experienced in quite a while. Thanks

I had a flat tyre and I called to know if they could have changed it and how much it was. They told us 275, so we decided to go there.When we arrived they were not clear about anything and they just started the job. After 20 min they said it was done and they sent us to the office to pay. They told us it was 330. We got upset because they told us 275 and they replied that they didn't have any other cheaper tyre and we probably said something wrong about the dimension but we didn't. Actually we repeated it twice to make sure they got it right. Not recommended

The fellow who changed the tyre was fantastic. The man behind the counter in the store was the Basil Fawlty of the tyre business. Rude is an understatement, and I am a very very folksy friendly guy. Have you got half an hour to wait?"No problems.Half an hour later

Very abusing person as the manager. I had a semi on hirer which was under Bridgestone national tyre agreement. When I had a puncture and no spare. Well I had this person call me and tell me to change it and put the spare on. When I explained the situation he ranted on about I should not be up there with out a spare. And was so abusing that I complained to Bridgestone directly well I must say he was very shy when I meet him highly recommended to give him the bypass and take your business somewhere else.
