Kallangur State School

Terrible school. Doesn't care about individual needs of children. Will suspend children on a whim. Principle cares more about how he looks to others than what is in the best interest of the child. He has no skills when dealing with children. Children don't listen to him because he is not approachable. AVOID THIS SCHOOL.

Not the best, pretty unfair to the neurodivergent if you ask me.

My daughter loves Kallangur School. At her old school she was punched in the head slammed against port racks head slammed into desk and threatened to be stabbed with a pencil. Never ever recieved a phone call about any of the stuff that happened to her and when I would ring they would have an excuse why they didn't ring. Her old school always sticks up for bullies. Kallangur State School is a great school and have not had any problems with them at all. All the staff are great even the principal.

y'know this school's probably the reason i have severe trust issues, possible anxiety and a huge fear of failure :/ thanks i really needed that

Great school. Great principal. Great office staff. Great teachers.My kids love going there.

Attended here in 2006 in grade 1 and it was a great experience, miss Pool was a great teacher!

I would like to say a big thank u from the bottom of my heart to the lovely people and staff that helped my parents when my dad had a turn today at the swimming carnival. They went beyond there duties and I am grateful for there help. I wasn't there but my mother said u all did a remarkable job and helped him out until ambulance arrived. Thank u again I appreciate it.

Great School with some Staff that have been with the school since they started. Great New principle. Does not take any nonsense from the kids,,,,, Just what Kallangur State School Needed. Wish he had come earlier. Go Mr. Swales. Lovely ladies in the office, always helpful and friendly.

They are wonderful! My daughter fell off of her scooter right outside the dentist. They brought her inside and comforted her until I was able to pick her up. She broke her front tooth in the fall, and they told me they could fit her in asap to get it capped.My daughter is a highly anxious person and had a terrible experience watching her brother in a dentist chair. Despite my best efforts to try and have her wait outside. She wasn't allowed to be alone, and I had to be with my son too.These wonderful women kept her calm, and ensured they only did what was needed and as quick as they could.They were womderful with my son too, who had to have teeth removed etc. Despite his trauma history he was okay with this dentist.They are both in high school now, and I wish we were still able to attend here.Thank you again! You're all wonderful!Amanda
