The worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life! They don't really deserve one star!The shop assistant by the name of Nela shouting at customers like an abusive dictator! Can' t believe in this day and age someone would abuse their customers like that! It is obvious that she's not brought up with basic manners.Nela has failed to display respect and courtesy to customers. It's simply shocking to see someone so rude to customers! Not only she’s lost the business from me, I’ve been warning my friends and family to avoid her and the pharmacy so they don’t get abused by her.She’s a liability to the business and a nightmare to the customers - worst ever!!!

Christine and all her staff provide a professional, caring and friendly service

Christine, Nina and Jocelyn are very friendly and super efficient. It's very easy to order and pay for prescriptions using the MedAdvisor app and then just popping in to collect them.

Pregnancy tests. Attendant recommended Clear blue and pregnosis for early detection. I enquired about the brand Pregnosis. I was told she has a number of people that do buy it and it's made in Australia with 99% accuracy. Pregnosis was further recommended for having a value pack deal. I just tried 2 of the tests and didn't get neither a negative or a positive. I went on the internet to find that this product is poorly rated giving the wrong results to several women. Please take this off the shelf.

Over some time the service has deteriorated. Half the staff looks confused. Some are rude and arrogant. Shame, Christine has no idea.I was there few moments ago and the back of the house sounded like a fish market. Staff on the phone to reps. when customers were waiting. Another one on the phone speaking loud enough to rattle a can. Another one was under the impression she was sitting at the queens table for dinner.Shame, how this place has gone down hill. Become expensive and unfriendly.What more can I say
