Dismantled the carburetor of my Honda Trimmer and noticed that I need a rebuild kit. Came across the Carby Doctor and saw that he sells the whole carburetor for very good price ! Shaun From Carby Doctor was extremely helpful. He gave me good advice to help prolong the life of my concrete saw. I then had some issues installing the head due to my lack of experience and damaged the Piston Rings. I asked Shaun if he could send me an invoice for some new ones and he’s response was a very unexpected surprise. He was kind enough to send me a new set of Piston rings, a ring compresser and postage for no extra cost. I have the upmost respect for Shaun from Carby doctor for this act of kindness.
