Just moved into a house that had been previously rented for some time so thought it would be a good idea to get the ducted heating serviced. Brodie did an excellent job, was efficient and took the time to go over everything he competed in the service. He also arrived within the allocated time frame which is rare for tradies. Excellent price as well.

Woke up one cold morning and my ducted heating wouldn't blow warm air even after 30 minutes of running. Called Brodie from BP Heating & Cooling and he was at my door in 2 hours to check it out for me. Upon inspection Brodie informed me that the jets needed cleaning and a service would be a good idea.1 hour later and my ducted heating was running new like when it was installed 15 years ago.Thanks again

Both technicians who attended our job (Joe & Gavin) were fantastic. They were friendly, professional and helpful with their explanations etc. We really appreciated their work. We also thought the upfront and honest approach to the work and giving us an understanding of service price etc (when other companies we called and others we have used before all tried to avoid this) was refreshing and helpful. Thanks BP. We will definitely use you again in the future and recommend you to others.

BP Heating & Cooling absolutely know what customer service is! We didn’t know what to do with our old evap and gas ducted. BP helped us out with a great ducted unit and now we are saving heaps of money on our power and gas!

BP Heating & Cooling recently installed one of their CO2 Monitors and we couldn't be happier. With a 4yo at home, knowing our house is safe from CO2 poisoning puts our mind at ease. Brodie and his team were so easy to liaise with and their professional approach and knowledge was fantastic. Have used them before to replace an old central heater unit and they are always great. Highly recommend them.

BP Heating & Cooling serviced both my ducted heating and evaporative cooling units last month. While they were here i asked them to do a carbon monoxide test to make sure our ducted heating system is running safe.Lucky i did because there was a small leak that the carbon monoxide alarm they installed picked up on that they diagnosed and fixed on the spot.Also our evaporative cooling smells fresh now like it never has before.Great team, great service & affordable.Thanks again

Today Shaun and Glen came out to see why our pool/spa Heater wasn't working and they resolved the problem within 10 minutes.These guys were very thorough and did not leave until everything was checked over and working.We have had others from a different company basically tell us they couldn't do anything and put the blame back on us.These 2 guys were so easy to talk to and and polite.Amy was so lovely on the phone and real easy to communicate with.Highly recommended this company.CheersJo

After having our cooling serviced twice for a continued problem we contacted BP Heating and Cooling. They were upfront about the cost and their technician arrived within the allocated timeframe. We promptly received quotes for additional repairs and everyone we dealt with from the company was friendly and professional. Will definitely contact them again for a service.
