Arcade Shoe Repairs

Needed a buckle attached to a brand new backpack it was a very simple Job, they quoted $10 which was cheap... This should have been my warning. It took them 4 days to do this simple job and what I got was so bad it could have been done by someone who learnt on YouTube how to use a machine.They used the wrong colour thread and thickness and attached the strap on incorrectly. It was so bad that it was fraying off the top and it created a consistent crimp.The workmanship was absolute garbage (see my added photos for proof and be your own judge) If you want quality don't go here.To add insult to injury they then charge more than twice for the monstrosity they created when I picked it up. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

A great place to get shoes repaired by experienced guys who do excellent work. They have been in the business for at least 2 generations, and they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
