The service in this store, from the entire team to the Manager is truly exceptional. Always greeted with a smile and are so very helpful. The click and collect and delivery service are so convenient in these difficult times we are in, great specials and variety also.

Walked in looking to buy a whole range of things the other day and after trying to look for 2-3 minutes they didn't serve me or offer to help so I just walked out.

What a fantastic place to shop! The staff was friendly, professional, and responsive. I arrived uncertain and completely at a loss as to what I actually needed in the way of pots and pans after a complete kitchen renovation and clean out. I left fully equipped and confident that I had what I needed to get started in my new kitchen.I will return!Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. After treating a $160 pan exactly as taught by the staff it completely died, and brought it back to have it insinuated that I am incapable of following simple instructions. No offer of anything other than repeating the same instructions at me that I've followed to the letter. Terrible service. So condescending and I will be telling my large clientele about my disappointing experience. Never shopping here again.

I think the sign of a great store, and great management is not perfection. Rather it's what do they do when things don't go quite right. The manager at this store is lovely, even when a situation came up that was not good and required their apology, he handled it with kindness, respect, and loyalty to me, his customer. Just lovely folks. I couldn't praise them more and they will definitely keep my business! Don't shop on-line with What's Cooking, I didn't have a great experience with that, just pop in or call and I bet they would set things aside for you to swing by and pick-up. This is a great store, great to shop in for all those kitchen and dinning needs, and fun to just go in for a wonder and look around, they always have beautiful and fun things. The workers are friendly and helpful.
