There guys are awsome. iv never had the pool so crystal clear the whole 6years of owning it. I've used 2 pool companys before from the illawarra but never had the results i got from poolwerx. the guys that have come twice now i find them very easy to talk too and friendly. definitely keeping the guys at poolwerx illawarra servicing if they keep up the good work they're doing.

Try elsewhere.After being sold hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals, and given EXACT steps to take (that we of course followed to the letter!) , we thought our pool would be perfect for summer. So very wrong!Every time returning, you're pretty much met with a 'You must have done something wrong' (paraphrasing).We gave them a go four times, each time thinking our pool will get better- but for the price (and service) you're best off going somewhere you can buy a sausage- at least it's a lot cheaper.Hopefully, sometime soon we will have a pool we can swim in, that doesn't cost us much more than the hundreds we've already spent.
