Just bought some tiles for our new kitchen. The only company who isn't stuck on grey colours. Natural with rustic Mediterranean look, Italian. Absolute bargain. Both our shops for tiles have been here.

Best tile supplier ever. 200% customer care. Highly knowledgeable and professional staff, know literally everything. Prices are so incredible. Tile trims are cheaper than Bunnings by as much as $10 per 3 m. Excellent quality products. 5 stars is simply not enough!

Have been coming here for a couple years now. The guys are fantastic and always really helpful with great knowledge on the tiles they sell. Would never go anywhere else for tiles or supplies! These guys are the best around

Not real good for parking! Also prices match the location. Expensive, should be located to a different superb , then maybe lower tile costs?Also attendant was lacking enthusiasm.It’s hard as some tile shops only have the tile you want! Maybe save a trip here so you don’t fall in love with a tile that may just cost to much!

I can’t speak highly enough of Tile City Brown’s Plains. I ordered tiles for my whole house in February 2021. However some of the tiles had a weakness in the glaze which wasn’t apparent when laid. Within a couple of weeks bubbles in the glaze were showing up and the bubbles cracked leaving small holes in the tiles.I spoke to Tile City about the problem and sent photo of all the tiles that had this Imperfection.They not only didn’t try to blame shift like most companies do, they ordered new tiles to replace the damaged ones and took back the remaining tile just in case there were more that had the weakness in them. It took nearly a year for the new tiles to be sent out , but I was told that it would take quite some time before the reordered tiles would arrive. In this time I was kept informed.So in all honesty, I would give Tile City Browns Plains, 10/10.Your amazing guysThank you

After going to many different tile shops, this one was by far the best. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Recommend them highly.
