Went for a quote and short discussion about some repairs I needed. Staff member asked the price I was quoted elsewhere, to which I joked that it was so expensive I didn't want to say it aloud. He misunderstood and became aggressive, thinking I was being elusive, at which point I left, flabbergasted. Got the work done elsewhere. Shame about the behaviour, seemed like an over-the-top reaction, even forgiving the misunderstanding - maybe he was having a bad day? Either way I feel like I dodged a bullet.

Always used this service since they started out in Kippa-Ring, and trusted in the advice/pricing given by Martin- until recently.My indicator combo switch needed replacing (Martin got that part right) but told me that they couldn't fix it and I would have to take it to an auto electrician.Having no experience with this kinda thing, I asked who he recommended for which his answer was no auto electrician in Redcliffe."In the end I had a mate of a mate who rebuilds cars as a hobby

Phoned on Thursday afternoon, said they were booked up until next week, but no matter, was told to come in anyway and somebody would listen to the noises from the engine, brakes, etc. On arrival, immediately Martin + 1 other mechanic listened to the noises, quick diagnosis, advised not to worry about the engine and brake noise! Drove out 5 minutes later reassured that there was nothing seriously wrong. No profiteering, No B.S. no opportunism, just some straight answers to some straight questions. What an absolute pleasure, and such a refreshing change. Thank you Gents, now I know where to go for servicing in future!

Honest owner who doesn't try to get you to do stuff that doesn't need doing just to get more money off you. They are happy to quote, and for my mother and I, their bill actually came in cheaper than the quoted price. I would highly recommend this mechanic. No up selling, no bull, and they don't take advantage of women.
