As a struggling single mum I couldn't affordnto shop here, we left and went to another in the area that was much more affordable. It is more for the wealthy not the battling person.

I wasn’t even acknowledged as being in their store until I walked out, EXTREMELY over prices for an op shop. I will never go there again due to the prices the charge for stuff and the fact that we didn’t even get asked if we needed help or even be acknowledged until leaving. Ur an op shop, stop acting so stuck up (don’t judge a person by the clothes they wear)

Woman working at the store harassed a man who brought his bike in and threatened to sell it on him. He was upset, and she was being horrible and scaring my special needs cousin. Mum described her as a karen. She was rude and intimidating. She eventually apologised but was really rude. We won't be going back.

All of their signage and online presence states that on weekdays they close at 5.30pm but I walked in at 4:50pm and they told me they were closing in 2 minutes and from now on all weekdays are only till 5pm, yet they haven't changed any of their info.Beyond that they're far too pricey compared to their competitors and they probably wonder why they dont sell anything in order to rotate stock.Probably in the top 5 worst op shops I've been to.

Over priced ( aren't all Salvos though?) A couple of the staff need better training with regards to just being pleasant ( you know, the fundamentals of retail) Remember Salvos - just because you see it on ebay for $100 doesn't mean it's worth $100.....

Loved it, thought it was a good bargain hunt. Will be going back For sure. Located just off the main Street of Town and close to Safeway and Coles so parking is a breeze. Clean and tidy store, I was impressed with that, time and care is also taken with window displays so they look great too.
