i wish i could give this company a 0 rating. My household is meant to be on 2 wekly gas delivery thru winter. we spoke to elgas a month ago to ensure this was happening. today....gas runs out....no 2 week delivery....bills all paid for and upto date. ring elgas....speak to renae...lovely conversation...tells us she will get gas to us tonight. 3 hours later....no gas....ring again. dont get renae but someone else ( we now know her name is Jill and she is in new zealand????)who tells us she spoke to paul(the driver) who refuses to bring out gas. by the way...our whole house is on gas, cooking, hot water heating....we have little kids. my husband decides to talk to this lady who hangs up before he gets to the phone. so...my husband who is a concreter working away from home, cannot have a shower on a friday night because elgas only delivers gas when they feel like it.....not every 2 weeks as stipulated.
