When my husband and I ordered a coffee and donut, the staff were so rude anybody would think that we asked her to give up her first born. Rolling the eyes and grunting, everything was a huge effort. My advise to management would be give the job to someone who wants to work. We will never spend another cent there with that rude attitude.

Surprisingly good coffee, delicious shakes and great hot cinnamon donuts.Staff are friendly and patient and the other food options have been pretty good and fresh. There's also and there's a pretty decent range of drinks available.Happy to have a good one near me because these places can really be hit or miss.Wait times vary but I always think that a busy place is a popular place and that generally means a good place to eat.

I've never had to wait almost 10mins for a milkshake before in my life and then when mentioned to them I'm still waiting after seeing the 3 ppl that ordered after me get their orders the lady behind the counter was rude and smug aboutit.. I won't spend another cent at this store...
