Really enjoyed dinner tonight at Leonardo's, ordered the special zucchini pizza, mushroom pizza, vokda pasta, cacio e pepe polenta and brocolini.All the dishes tasted great, especially the cacio e pepe polenta and vokda pasta (which they made vegetarian for us too). Vodka pasta was the highlight for us, such glorious and flavourful sauce which we certainly mopped up with our pizza crusts.The special zucchini pizza was the standoit pizza for us, the flavours just blended all so well especially with the honey on top. Only feedback on the pizza, especially with the mushroom was everything tasted a bit too sweet for my liking and cut the flavour of the mushrooms for us.Overall a great place to visit and will definitely return again.

A cosy, kitschy spot for classic American-style pies. Can’t go wrong with the cheesy Margherita and a salad. The drinks list is also pretty good with natural wines and interesting cocktails.

Such a good vibe! Great range of veggie and meat pizzas, with easy to drink Italian wine. This is great to bring a group of friends or a date.

The food was tasty and totally Italian style. Atmosphere can be considered cozy and staff were friendly, but the volume of the music was too loud. Happy hours after 9 pm. on Fridays and Saturdays for beer. I recommend it.

Leonardo’s makes some of the best pizza in Melbourne. Walking through the door it’s a cozy venue, so I’d recommend booking if you can. Otherwise, takeaway is always an option.The pizza itself was sensational. It is tasty. How tasty? Very tasty. Need me to be more specific? Ok. The dough was light, crispy on the edges but still fluffy. The sauce was seasoned well - the toppings were generous, but not overpowering. Dirk’s highlight was the special salami pizza. Salami, Olives and Cheese. Delcious. But wait, there’s more! With the first bite I felt there was something dancing on my tongue just nice, it was honey! What? How. Who thinks of that? Simply genius.Thank you Leonardo.

The pizzas are very good. When there are many great pizza restaurants in Melbourne, it is hard to have a pizza that stands out. This pizza does! It is really yummy.This place is a cosy old pub, and it is well away from the main street of Carlton that has the majority of restaurants.It's worth stopping in for a tasty pizza.

Went twice in a month recently and had a great time both visits.Got two of the specials at the time and a jalapeno with pineapple.Also got the two Pastas, can wholeheartedly recommended the vodka sauce with bone marrow.

Hands down the BEST pizza I've ever had. In particular, their pizza dough/crust is outta this world.When I asked Tom (whose service was also phenomenal by the way), he explained to me they use fermented sourdough that is aged for a long time (years!). You really have to try it to see how special it is; so crusty outside yet so chewy inside.Premium ingredients, large serving size at a reasonable price tag. Couple this with the really relaxed/chilled vibe and super attentive/friendly serving staff. It is a winning formula.Highly recommended!

Genuinely tasty pizza - one of our favorites!We’ve been coming here on the fridges and always walk away, satisfied, and very full.In my opinion, like me how to find genuinely Tastee Pizza in Carlton now days that Leonardos is still setting up the goods .The anchovy pizza is delicious, the pork and family certainly worth a try, but everything on the menu has been great. For a healthy snack try the broccoli on the side
