Total Wash - Car and Van Wash
Went for a car wash twice here. Used the card to pay instead of coins since the cash converter was taped off. Ended up paying $30 for a car wash. Did everything as advised on the machine, pressed the stop button after I was done and it didn’t stop and charged me $30 anyway. First time it happened, I thought it was my mistake, so I went again and same thing happened. That’s $60 for two car wash. Rip off

Total Wash - Car and Van Wash
Went here last night and paid $15 for the Premium auto wash. Not even joking the car was as dirty coming out as it was going in. Windscreen still covered in bugs. Opened sunroof and there was still marks on it. I actually don’t know how it took that long to do nothing. Super disappointed. Avoid the drive through wash.Response to owner : Unfortunately that won’t help the fact I paid $15 for a service that didn’t work. Was I supposed to guess that the other wash was better?Matt

although paid premo.price Mid afternoon today for brushless wash/ and full $15 service car still looked dirty.- windscreen and front of car still.had bugs and dust. Car was dripping wet as drove off as mechanism leaked despite dryer. Car doesn't look any different after driving in.no receipt issued.altjough pressed button.fpt a printed receipt.Needs fixing /replacement or refund offered.

Paid for premium wash from the auto wash but the machine never started and seemed to be powered off.Why would still allow transactions when the wash is clearly not operational.

Paid $15 for the premium wash and it did absolutely nothing. The windscreen and sun roof were both still covered in marks afterwards. There may be a lot of “repeat customers” but there won’t be for much longer.

A good car wash although I notice the last time I was there, you get less time for your dollar. No sign to say that prices have risen. The fact that it also has a larger vehicle/ caravan bay with elevated walkways on both sides of the wash bay is an enormous plus. If you wish to wash your van, make sure you have an offsider to control the washing mechanisms eg, changing from one cycle to another of changing sides in the wash bay. The offsides can temporarily pause the machine while do what you have to do.

I first paid 15$ in the automatic car wash, but completely disappointed, a lot of bugs unwashed. Then I paid 15$ for trying to do it by myself but to much instructions, that's not clear at all
