Pizza Hut Pimpama
Pizza Hut at Pimpama has terrible service. We placed an order at 4:20 and received a confirmation email at 4:25 to say that the order was received. When I called and spoke to them, I spoke to the so called manager who only gave excuses as to why the order was not completed and delivered at the time I requested, which was 2hrs later.We will be going to dominos from now on! Just not good enough

Worst customer service ever!!!I called regarding our burnt pizzas.Absolutely disgusting attitude from the store without any concern for the actual issues that we called about.Won't ever order from this site again!!Why should we support a business that provides a disgusting product and takes no responsibility for concerns of customers.

When the food arrived the cheese dip was all over the food. It was a mess. The delivery guy had already left. We ate it as we were hungry and it had taken over an hour to get to us. I took a photo but can't upload it here.

Nice work team.2 weeks on a row....Really????Ever heard of quality control???Never again.Update:Called Ashley on the number provided on 18/8 was on hold for 10 minutes before I decided to leave a message with whom I was calling, what I was calling about, My name and mobile number.No returned call.Called again 19/8 Spoke to a lady who then said she was going to put me through to the Pimpama store. I was on hold for 3 minutes (FYI, the hold music will do your head in after 2 minutes) then the call was just dropped.I guess I will wait for Ashley to contact me back, as it seems the phone system is at the same standard as the pizza I received.

Actually so bad. How is it that the cheese isn’t even melted? Come on. This shop has been so slack lately. Forgot my chips last time and re delivered neatly 2 hours later. Won’t order from here again.

Ordered over 1.5 hours ago for delivery and it’s still being prepared! Only 2 pizzas I’m expecting the ETA to be atleast 2 hours. I’ve tried calling the store no answer and the phone disconnected, on hold to the customer service team now for over 20 mins… terrible service, ordered delivery for the convenience to feed my two kids… Never again

I have only lived here a few months. The first pizza I bought was fantastic. But last night's 2 pizza's looked & tasted like dried up pieces of nothing.Not impressed.On a positive the Delivery man was very polite.

We like the meat lovers pizza with tomato sauce instead of bbq sauce. The chips serving is small but they call it large and charge for a large which is annoying. Convenient location. Two for Tuesday is a good deal.

The service and food is subpar for the price they charge. Husband brought home a meat lovers" just sauce and a few peices of meat. The chips were cold and over cooked (How do you even do that)."
