Is it just me or anyone else had similar experience? Somehow my fuel efficiency is almost 20% worse filling up here than other 7/11 stations

I am so disappointed with the service at this 7 11 and will NEVER return. I always go to 7 11 stores and I’ve never had a bad experience besides today. The lady serving is so rude and doesn’t deserve anyone’s money. We bought a slurpee and the cup was sticky so we took another cup so that our hands don’t get sticky (mind you there were no serviettes around). When we went to pay she very rudely said we have to pay for two slurpees. We gave her a dirty cup back and she charged us for 1 slurpee. I just can’t believe how rude she was over one cup. I will be telling all my friends that live in the area to never go to the store. The service here gives 7 11 a bad reputation.

711 strikes again !!In and out no problems... with everything I needed.It's a bit tight in the driveway ... but that's what you get when you're in the big smoke .

I've only ever come across guys at the counter and they are all very polite and friendly. I have never had an issue and have never met any ladies working there in the 2 years I've been going. I would like to see some foods there that cater for gluten free, lactose free, or vegan. Can't really eat anything there if you're doing FODMAPs.

HORRIBLE customer service. One of the 98 pumps wasn’t working properly and it stopped before my tank was full, I went in and questioned what was going on and tried to explain and the rude lady demanded I pay for what I filled up with and saying all of them are working fine. Rang up the 7/11 customer service line and they gave me a voucher for a refund.

Got a super size slurped and could not be more disappointed! Absolutely outraged. Mess of flavours tasted like children’s crayons and all melted in 2 minutes. However, fantastic customer service. Outstanding

Owner of this 7-11 has the worse customer service. Even after asking for Choco powder, he made excuses and refused me by saying that he is running store for years in his own way. 7-11 head office should take some action. It happened twice with me at this place.
