We were a little apprehensive working with another real estate agent as we had some very disturbing experiences with other agents in the highlands (I am tempted to name). I met Kate initially on an open house and she was such a breath of fresh air. Kate is professional, and totally focussed on her clients and her knowledge of her product. Kate is relatable, funny, has a perfect sense of urgency and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Don't engage any other agent but Kate.

Very disappointed Henry, for a few reasons but mainly the lack of communication. The only time you contacted us during our listing was to tell us about other listings, not the progress of our own sale. When we had nobody turning up, there was no suggestion of a Plan B etc. You blamed everything on the market. Then when the contract was over we had to dig out the bloody For Sale sign ourselves, and then it wasn't collected for three whole months! You couldn't even lift a finger to get that done. But I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. You have no shame.

Property manager Katie Bourke is unprofessional and a liar. This agency terminated our lease telling us the owner was moving in, however the property is now rented to a couple in real estate!Stay away from this agency.
