I have recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and the entire experience has been a lovely time. I spoke with Shrey, and was very impressed with his polite, professional service, and found his knowledge of the vehicles available to be invaluable.I was overall highly impressed by the service during my experience, and the other team members who helped out were all lovely and highly knowledgeable. I'd like to give a big thank you to Shrey, Allen, and Beau (apologies if I've mispelled any names!) for helping me through my purchase and offering wonderful support throughout the process. I was especially impressed with the fast turnaround time for the whole process, it was very convenient for me and helped get me back on the road in a timely manner.I will definitely be returning for all my servicing needs, and would happily purchase my next vehicle here. We have bought many cars from Cardiff Toyota over the years and things haven’t always gone to plan. In the past we have been left disappointed with the salesman that helped us. This is definitely not the case with our recent purchase. We were lucky enough to have Chad as our salesman and it was absolutely awesome to have him sorting everything out for us. He has made the whole process really easy and his professional attitude really made a difference. We hope he’s still there when we come back for our next car

When I say we had a 10/10 experience during the process of the purchase of our new car I mean a 10/10 experience!! Nathan, our salesman, was a complete open book, from our first test drive experience to the moment we left the dealership in our new RAV4, he was kind, very communicable and a down right legend!Nathan made us feel very comfortable and in touch with the process the entire year we were awaiting the delivery of our car. After having a broken down van and looking for a new one I came across cardiff Toyota and was very happy with the customer service from Thomas and darko especially. What can I say about Cardiff Toyota staff - wonderful and helpfull from the beginning!!!Let’s start at the first day I walked in to Cardiff Toyota back in March and was greeted by Nathan Szerenga, very welcoming and friendly, I told him what I wanted to look at and why I was in need of new car, he seat down and went through each of the cars I was interested in and pricing and then took me to look at the ones they had in the lot.After looking at themI told him I prefer the Yaris-cross hybrid modelEven through that not the yaris-cross urban they still had the GXL model which is the middle model of it!He offered for me to take it for a test drive for an hour or so, so I took it for a I think about 2 hours including on the freeway and shopping centersWhen I come back before he could say a word, I said that great I want it, and I made a phone call to my family and told them and Nathan introduced me to Trent in Toyota finance and we got the ball rolling,Nathan said we was looking at 12months wait on it and every couple of weeks gave me a call to keep me informed which was great.Then in august Nathan told me the there had been a cancellation and that mine had been bumped up and was due to start being made with in weeks and that it would be 90 days from when it does.Over the last couple of weeks me/my dad been getting everything finalized with Trent in finance to have the finance ready and that nather with delivery team at Cardiff had everything lined up to go.Today 26th November i went and took ownship of my brand new Toyota Yaris-cross - urben - hybrid model, and Nathan and Trent meet dad and I with the paperwork and keys and we traded my Corolla in, and finished the paperwork and Nathan walked through everything of my new car with me,A big big thanks toCardiff Toyota sales member - Nathan SzerengaAndCardiff Toyota finance member - TrentFor both your very hard work

I had an excellent experience purchasing a Rav 4 Hybrid from Nathan Szerenga. He was extremely polite, helpful and responsive to my needs. I needed a new car in a timely manner and was almost going to purchase a different car which I didn't like anywhere near as much, however he helped me get the car I really wanted in a good time frame. Couldn't be more happy with our new purchase, it's a perfect, comfortable, family car that is great on fuel. Thanks again for your help Nathan!
