If you want a great building experience, CHROSS Homes is where it’s at. From the get go, the whole process was seamless. Two days after our initial contact, they turned up for a consult with their draftsman, and maintained this efficiency throughout the entire build. They had excellent tradespeople every step of the way, as evidenced by my independent inspector who struggled to pick faults throughout the build. Nothing was a drama, they run a tight ship and the best part was that when you have an issue, you speak directly with the owners, not bounced around reception like other building companies. Slab down to handover in less than 12 months is unheard of for a custom 300m2+ build in Perth these days, but Oscar and Chris got it done. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I can not recommend chross homes highly enough. Going to them from a different building company that messed me around , didnt listen to my ideas and straight out lied to me. They took over 5 months to not even get close to a building contract completed and way over my budget for a house that wasnt even close to something i was interested in.The moment i spoke to Oscar at Chross homes he made everything so simple and understood everything i wanted in a house, he got me in that same week so i could talk to the drafty directly witch was amazing. Liam added some great ideas from our conversation and got back to me within a week with a hole new set of drawings.Any alterations that i asked for to the drawings was done almost instantly.Within that same month Oscar and Chris managed to sort all my building contract out and working drawing and i was able to come in and sign everything within my short deadline.I am so please to now be able to build my home with chross homes because i know it will be so stress free through the hole build.Thanks again guys!

We have recently signed up with Chross Homes and Developments to build our new home. It has been such an easy process so far and Chris and Oscar have been so helpful with our many questions. We knew that we had a tight budget to achieve what we wanted, however Chross have managed to accommodate everything we were asking for! After testing my luck with numerous project builders, I came across Chross Constructions and haven't looked back. Unlike friends who are building/built with project builders, I did not experience any of the usual pitfalls; higher than initally quoted PPA's to build contracts, handing off between multiple departments or poor service levels, essentially the directors you are dealing with from initial design are the same guys that manage your build. The build has been smooth and the guys have been easy to deal with and nothing says signing a contract over a beer at the pub. Highly recommend for your next build or renovation.

After working in sales for project builders for the last 10 years, I see all the good and bad things that come with it. The main reason I chose Chross was due to dealing directly with the owners from start to finish. Their goal is to deliver you flawless customer service and a product to be proud of at the end, you are not just a number being palmed off to 15 different people during the build. Chris & Oscar were excellent all the way through, they offer customer service and flexibility that cannot be matched by a project builder. They are proud of their business and are not chasing profit margins to impress board members. If you are questioning if it is worth the few extra dollars to build with Chross in comparison to a project builder, my advice to you is this...... This is the biggest investment of your life and not something made in a factory, so when getting 3 quotes, make Chross one of them.
