Its been 1 week since I visited Tenika's beautiful, relaxing, clean, professional space and I still feel wonderful. Being a new Mum I was very sore and tight on one side of my body. After just one treatment I can't believe how much better I feel! The tightness has gone. Your hands are magic! Thankyou for a lovely treatment. Looking forward to my next session!

Tenika is a fantastic massage therapist; just the right amount of pressure and movement to get rid of all my tension! Her space is great, but also she is mobile and we have used her many times for corporate massages and team perks. Definitely recommend!!

I wish I could give 10 stars for Tenika. She is a powerhouse and brilliant remedial therapist! She knows her stuff so well so that she knows my body and what it needs and it works. I leave every time thankful I have Tenika looking after me. Highly, highly recommend Tenika if you like deep work, and working with a fun therapist.

Tenika has been working on Lymphatic Drainage for me for 4 months so far. She is an amazingly gentle, kind, understanding and intuitive healer. Healing way beyond just Lymphatic Drainage.I highly recommend her skill, professionalism, and flexability. I am at the later stages of recovering from CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory response syndrome) aka mould poisoning. So detoxing has been crucial.

I love going to Tenika's new place, its very clean and relaxing atmosphere, and Tenika has done a fantastic job, which my husband and I love going to her.
