Simple Pleasures Glamping
Very poor. Paid $330 + cleaning for one night to attend a wedding in glenworth valley. There was no drinking water and no towels provided (except for a small tea towel). No shade and a bit of a hike to the toilets. Not quite the glamping experience we thought we were paying for. Simple - yes. Pleasure - not really. Next time will bring our own tent. Also, there is no phone number on the website or the confirmation emails to get in touch with someone from the company if you want to ask a question.

Kenny from simple pleasures was one of the most incredible owners I've worked with. He was incredibly responsive and so helpful in creating this event for my birthday. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to hire glamping for their next event.

This is absolutely not a glamping experience. The toilets and showers are several hundreds metres walk away from the tents. There are only 3 toilets available for all campers and day visitors and also used by wedding guests. Weddings are hosted every Friday and Saturday night and on the Friday night stay, a wedding guest vomited all over two of the three toilets so there was one available for use for all guests until cleaners arrived the next day. There is no running water available near the tents and while a water jug is provided it is empty so you need to walk a long distance to find water to wash up. A table is provided but there is no cover. The rug in the tent was quite dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned before our arrival. I suspect the tents are not regularly cleaned as our tent had at least 4 spiders in it on our arrival.Wifi is limited to the main building unless you have telstra. For 2 people for 2 nights the rate was almost $600 for camping and site fee and there is no amenities or facilities available which would justify this price. We recommend you take your own tent and enjoy a rustic camping experience but look elsewhere if you would like a glamping experience.

I posted this on the other google listing for this company but after the owners poor response and lack of ownership over the services he takes money I felt compelled to repost this here ...We went with a group and I can't say I'd go back. The toilets and showers were a 10min walk away, as was water for drinking and washing up. Wedding guest vomited all over the toilets and you needed to escort kids each time. The surrounds were average with booming music from a wedding until late both nights and cars driving in and out 15m away from the tent at all hours. Not what I'd call serenity or glamping. I think it's more just camping in a bell tent at an inflated cost (ended up being more then $700 for two nights for our family in one tent).Confirmed by maps- Toilets are 250m by the map away up a dirt road, shared by wedding guests who have an un-family friendly curfew of 11.30pm. The wedding guest care are leaving on the road next to the tent till after midnight (10m away). Not glamping. Save your money and stay elsewhere, unless you want broken sleep and a half an hour ordeal to take your kids to toilets covered in wedding guest vomit, both nights!
